Jason Snook earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in computer science from Virginia Tech, specializing in user research in the Center for Human-Computer Interaction. Currently, as the director of strategy at SupportWorks Housing, Snook oversees technology and operations, guiding strategic planning, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing tech solutions to help expand the organization’s impact and fulfill its mission to end homelessness in Virginia.

Previously, at CapTech Consulting, Snook was a founding member of the Customer Experience (CX) practice, where he helped shape a data-driven approach to design and user experience. As a fellow, he also led the firm’s artificial intelligence (AI) strategy, collaborating with client teams across industries to reimagine products and services through the power of AI.
